This defect violates Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standards 207 (Seating Systems) and 210 (Seat Belt Assembly Anchorages). An unsecured driver's seat may not adequately restrain the driver during a crash, increasing the risk of injury.

Approximately 199 vehicles are affected. Nissan began mailing owner notification letters on May 1, 2025. Owners should contact Nissan customer service at 1-800-867-7669 to schedule service.
