Audi Q4 e-tron on-board charger failure can cut drive power
Volkswagen is recalling certain 2024-2025 Audi Q4 e-Tron and 2024 ID.4 vehicles because the on-board charger may fail and stop charging the 12-volt battery, causing a loss of drive power.
What this means for you
Illness, injury, or structural failure has been reported. Stop using the product immediately and contact the manufacturer for a refund or repair.
Our severity reasoning: Rubric level 4 covers structural vehicle defects: charger failure drains the 12-volt system and the source states this results in a loss of drive power.
