Husqvarna and GASGAS Motorcycles Recalled for Cracking Front Brake Calipers
KTM North America is recalling 2022-2025 Husqvarna FE and GASGAS ES motorcycles because the front brake caliper may crack, disabling braking and increasing crash risk. No injuries reported.

KTM North America, Inc. is recalling certain Husqvarna FE 350S and FE 501S motorcycles from model years 2022-2024, and GASGAS ES 350 and ES 500 motorcycles from model years 2024-2025. The front brake caliper on these motorcycles may crack in the area around the upper guide pin.
A cracked front brake caliper can result in loss of front brake function, significantly increasing the risk of a crash. No injuries or deaths have been reported as a result of this defect.
Owners of affected motorcycles should contact KTM customer service at 1-888-985-6090 to schedule an inspection and replacement. Dealers will inspect the front brake caliper and replace it if necessary, free of charge. Owner notification letters were mailed on March 11, 2025.
