What this means for you
Illness, injury, or structural failure has been reported. Stop using the product immediately and contact the manufacturer for a refund or repair.
Our severity reasoning: This is a structural vehicle transmission control defect with significant safety implications. A software error causing unintended vehicle roll-away from PARK increases the risk of crashes and injuries. Although no injuries have been reported, the defect poses an inherent serious safety hazard.
