Class C Motorhomes Recalled for Defective Steering Bolts

Jayco is recalling certain 2021-2022 Entegra Coach Accolade and Jayco Seneca Class C motorhomes because steering arm and tie rod bolts may fracture, causing loss of steering control. Free replacement available.

Jayco, Inc. is recalling certain 2021-2022 Entegra Coach Accolade, Accolade XL, Jayco Seneca, and Jayco Seneca Prestige Class C motorhomes. The recall affects 81 vehicles.

The steering arm and tie rod bolts in these motorhomes may contain defective seams that can fracture. A fractured bolt could result in a loss of steering control, increasing the risk of a crash.

Owners were notified by letter on March 28, 2022. Jayco will replace the defective bolts free of charge. Owners should contact Jayco customer service at 1-800-283-8267 or call the NHTSA Vehicle Safety Hotline at 1-888-327-4236 to arrange the repair.
