Roadtrek Vehicles Recalled for Missing Carbon Monoxide Detection Alarm

Roadtrek is recalling certain 2020-2021 Zion, Zion SRT, Play, and Slumber vehicles equipped with a faulty gas detector missing a carbon monoxide alarm. Undetected carbon monoxide can cause serious injury or death.

Roadtrek Inc. is recalling certain 2020 and 2021 model year Zion, Zion SRT, Play, and Slumber vehicles. These vehicles may have been equipped with an incorrect gas detector that is missing the carbon monoxide alarm.

Without the carbon monoxide alarm, the presence of carbon monoxide gas may not be detected in the vehicle, increasing the risk of injury or death.

Approximately 122 vehicles are potentially affected. Roadtrek will ship owners a free carbon monoxide detector to mount in their vehicle. Owner notification letters were mailed on June 29, 2021.
