The recall covers 291 vehicles manufactured between July 23, 2013, and November 28, 2014, that are equipped with certain Kidde plastic valve disposable handheld fire extinguishers.

The defect involves fire extinguishers that may not fully discharge as designed when the lever is pressed. In the event of a fire, if the extinguisher does not work correctly, there is an increased risk of injury to the bus occupants.
