Fisher-Price has received 59 reports of the cookie magnets coming apart, including one instance where a child ingested plastic pieces and nine instances where children put pieces in their mouths. Additionally, the company received 78 reports of mobile parts detaching, with 41 reports involving the rotating ring and mirror falling into cribs, resulting in 15 injuries such as bumps and bruises.
Consumers should immediately take these toys away from children and call Fisher-Price toll-free at 800-233-4004 between 8 a.m. and 6 p.m. EST, Monday through Friday, to receive a free replacement cookie magnet or replacement parts for the mobile.
