Parents should cut off the doll's pom-pom and product label and send them to Fisher-Price, Consumer Affairs, 636 Girard Avenue, East Aurora, NY 14052. Fisher-Price will send a new doll body free of charge, which includes everything but the light component and features a cap sewn to the head so it does not swing freely. Consumers should not return the dolls to retailers. If the doll has a cap sewn to the head, no action is required.
