Retail stores sold the My Pet Bear ride-on toy nationwide from January 1995 through May 1996 for approximately $45. Consumers are advised to remove the foam covering from the two horizontal metal support tubes to eliminate the risk of choking. Hedstrom Corporation is out of business and can no longer be contacted.
