It features a blue seat, yellow chair back, red T-shaped restraint, green trim, and yellow ropes, and was sold nationwide between March and May 1995 for approximately $25.00.

The recall is being issued because the restraint shield on the front of the swing may appear to be locked in place when it is not. This defect can cause children to fall out of the swing. Fifty consumers have reported that children fell from the swing, resulting in injuries ranging from bumps and bruises to a broken nose.
