The underside of the truck is embossed with "No. 3009" and "Made in China."

The toys were imported from China and sold at independent toy and retail stores in Indiana and Alabama between August 1994 and November 1994 for $3.95. Neither CPSC nor Big Save International Corp. is aware of any injuries involving these toys; the recall is being conducted to prevent the possibility of injury.

Consumers should take the toy away from young children immediately and destroy, discard, or return it to the store where purchased for a full refund. However, Big Save International Corp. is out of business and cannot be contacted.
