These pacifiers were sold nationwide from January 1990 to April 1991 for between $0.79 and $2.00 each. They were available in retail chains, discount stores, catalog outlets, and toy stores, including Eckerd Drugs, J.C. Penney, and K-mart. Consumers are urged to take the pacifiers away from babies and young children immediately and return them to the store of purchase for a refund.
