The affected bindings feature a high wrap, open toe boot design and are identified by the words "Pro Flow" and the O'Brien trademark "O" located above three horizontal white stripes on the heel of the binding. Only bindings with these white stripes are involved.

Consumers with this model of O'Brien waterski binding should call O'Brien's consumer recall action line at 1-800-284-SKIS for questions and repair instructions. The line is open from 11 a.m. to 8 p.m. Eastern time. Consumers will be provided with a repair kit and instructions to fix the problem, or they can have the bindings repaired by a local authorized dealer or O'Brien International. O'Brien International is also offering a corduroy hat to owners who request kits and complete the repair.
