Cheese and Showbiz Pizza Restaurants for approximately $1.50 each since 1987.

The recall was initiated because the plastic tambourines broke during testing, causing the wire holding the metal cymbals to break off. The detached cymbals present a choking hazard, and the wire parts could cause puncture or laceration injuries. The potentially hazardous toys were identified during a joint CPSC/U.S. Customs Service surveillance program at the Port of San Francisco, California. Neither the CPSC nor Dennis Foland Inc. is aware of any injuries involving the tambourine.
