If ingested, the batteries may damage the stomach, intestine, esophagus, or nasal mucus membrane. There have been two reported incidents involving the Light-up Rings: one child swallowed a battery, and another child inserted a battery into his nostril. There are no reported incidents involving the Star Glasses.
Consumers should immediately take the Light-up Rings and Star Glasses away from children. To receive a remedy, consumers should return the Light-up Rings to any Chuck E. Cheese's location for a choice of a $1.00 refund plus four tokens or a Soccer Promo-Cup plus four tokens.
