The toys were imported from China and sold nationwide from February 1994 to November 1994 at Imaginarium retail stores for $22.95.

Neither CPSC nor Imaginarium is aware of any injuries involving this toy; the recall is being conducted to prevent the possibility of injury. Consumers should take the toys away from young children immediately and return them to the store where purchased for a full refund.
