Toys "R" Us received 12 reports of small parts detaching from the activity centers, but no injuries have been reported. The products were sold at Toys "R" Us stores nationwide and on www.toysrus.com from August 2007 through February 2008 for between $20 and $50. The Multi-Sided Activity Centers were manufactured by Taizhou Orient Toys Company Ltd. of Shanghai, China, and the Jungle Activity Centers were manufactured by Shanghai Cosmos Gift Industry Company Ltd. of Shanghai, China.
