The U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC) identified that the water toys contain small parts that may present a choking hazard to young children. Additionally, the toy snake contains an excessive amount of lead in its surface coating, posing a lead poisoning hazard. These violations were discovered by U.S. Customs agents and CPSC inspectors during routine import surveillance at the Port of Miami.
