The buckles securing the restraints around the child can release during use, posing a fall hazard. Pacific Cycle is aware of one incident where the buckles released. No injuries have been reported.

About 650 units were sold on Amazon.com and schwinnbikes.com from May 2025 through September 2025 for between $190 and $230.

Consumers should immediately stop using the recalled carriers and contact Pacific Cycle for a full refund.
