About 120 units were sold on Amazon from June through July 2025 for approximately $70 each. The product bears the model number BGRT003 on its fabric cushion label and was manufactured by Shanghai Siwu Jidan Shangmao Youxian Gongsi (dba WYBITNY) of China.

The bed rails violate the mandatory standard for children's portable bed rails. When installed adjacent to a bed, the product can trap children in enclosed openings—including gaps on the side of the mattress and openings on top of the mattress—creating a risk of serious injury or death from entrapment.

No injuries or illnesses have been reported in connection with this recall.
