About 300 were sold by StopBox USA in store and online and through dealers nationwide in June and July 2025 for about $150.
A manufacturing defect allows the recalled chamber locks to be forcibly removed, allowing unauthorized or unintended access to the firearm and posing a risk of serious injury or death. No incidents have been reported.
