The recalled models include the 10-light pendant (Model 3679), the 8-light pendant (Model 4677), and the 18-light chandelier (Model 4679). The component that connects the fixture to the ceiling mount can weaken, potentially allowing the fixture to fall and cause impact injuries.

Approximately 2,350 units were sold nationwide through lighting and home improvement stores and online retailers including Ferguson.com, Wayfair.com, and Lamps.com between August 2019 and October 2024, priced between $850 and $1,500. The firm has received two reports of the light fixtures partially detaching; however, no fixtures have fully fallen and no injuries have been reported.
