Flos Recalls Pendant Light Fixtures Due to Impact Injury Hazard

The model number is printed on a label on the shade.

These fixtures were sold at Design Within Reach, Lumens, Ylighting, and other lighting stores, as well as online at Flos.com, from January 1996 through December 2006. The lamps were sold for between $800 and $1,900. No injuries have been reported.

Consumers should avoid walking under the fixtures until they are repaired. They should contact Flos or the place of purchase to obtain a free repair kit, which can be installed by the consumer.
