These are manually operated chrome valves designed to control gas flow in school, research, and hospital laboratories. All models are identifiable by the word "Delta" printed on the body, "GAS" in white on the blue-colored top, and "1/2 PSI MAX" and "GAS/GAZ" stamped on the bottom.

The recalled valves can leak small amounts of gas when in the open position, creating potential fire and burn hazards.

Approximately 3,700 units were sold in the United States through plumbing supply distributors nationwide between January 2006 and January 2025, at prices between $30 and $160. No injuries or incidents have been reported.

Consumers should immediately stop using the recalled valves.
