They measure approximately 38 inches long by 26 inches wide by 3 inches high. The mattresses fold in half with a crease down the middle, and have a dark blue tag with a cartoon teddy bear. Vibe Bear, located in China, manufactured the product.

The recalled mattresses violate multiple provisions of the federal safety regulation for crib mattresses, including the firmness and thickness tests, and are missing required warnings and labels. No injuries or illnesses have been reported.
