The recalled vehicles include Model Year 2021–2023 Polaris RANGER models (1000, 1000 Crew, XP 1000, XP 1000 Crew), Model Year 2021–2022 Polaris RZR Pro XP (2-Seat Only), Model Year 2021–2022 Polaris Pro XD Full-Size Gas models, Model Year 2021–2023 Bobcat UV34 series, and Model Year 2021 and 2023 Gravely Atlas JSV series vehicles. Replacement fuel pump kits and fuel tank assemblies with specific part numbers are also included.

A fuel leak can occur at the fuel pump outlet connector on the fuel tank near a hot surface, posing a fire hazard. Polaris has received three reports of fuel leaks. No fires or injuries have been reported.

Consumers should immediately stop using the recalled vehicles and contact an authorized Polaris, Gravely, or Bobcat dealer to schedule a free inspection and repair. Dealers will replace the fuel pump or fuel tank, depending on the vehicle type, at no charge. Polaris, Gravely, and Bobcat have notified consumers to stop riding the vehicles and are notifying all dealers and registered owners about the recall.
