LTD in China and imported by QTOP USA INC. of Artesia, California.

The recall is being issued because the LED replacement bulbs can overheat due to an electrical malfunction, posing a fire hazard. QTOP has received five reports of smoking and fire from the bulbs. No injuries or property damage have been reported.
