The bulbs are manufactured in China. They are sold in single packages with a "Lighting Facts per bulb" label or in four-packs colored blue or yellow with "Infinity LED" printed on the box.
Consumers should immediately stop using the recalled LED bulbs and contact Infinity Green Products for instructions on how to receive a prepaid postage label to return the product and get a full refund.
