These incidents resulted in damage to light sockets, melted fixtures, burned rugs, carpet, floors, and damage to a circuit and a lamp. There have been no reports of personal injuries.

To identify the recalled products, check the packaging and the light-colored circular neck above the base of the bulb for the model numbers and specific date codes listed in the recall notice.
