The product is manufactured by Nextorch Industries Co. LTD, of China. The sheath measures 7 inches long by 2 inches wide, is made of brown leather with white stitching, and has L.L.Bean embossed on it. The stainless steel blade measures 3.55 inches long by 1 inch wide and is attached to a light brown handle. The product identification number 501794 is printed on the green packaging box.
L.L.Bean has received three reports of the knife cutting through the leather sheath, resulting in minor cuts to consumers' hands. Consumers should immediately stop using the knife, cover it, and store it in a safe area out of the reach of children.
