Model numbers 30-000650 and 31-001727 are printed on the packaging.

Gerber has received one report of a laceration that required medical attention but no stitches. Consumers should immediately cover and store the knife in a safe area out of the reach of children. They should contact Gerber Legendary Blades for instructions on returning the sheath for a free replacement.
