The strap system includes two fabric straps, carabiner hardware, a mesh car seat cover, and a tote bag. The model number is printed on the gray straps, and "Fiddle Diddles" is printed on a fabric label attached to the mesh car seat cover, tote bag, and fabric straps.

No injuries have been reported. Consumers should immediately stop using the LullaBelay strap system and contact Fiddle Diddles for a free repair kit with three new carabiners.
