The recalled units are white, produce a soft white (2700 Kelvin) color temperature, and bear the item number "LED10A19DODLCHP" with a date code printed on the white plastic heat-sink just above the screw in the base.

The recall is being issued because the lamps can overheat, exposing an energized heat-sink and wires, which poses an electrical shock hazard. No injuries have been reported in connection with this recall.
