For Stanley Commercial Hardware-branded locksets, consumers should contact Stanley Commercial Hardware; for all other brands, consumers should contact Stanley Security Solutions Taiwan to receive a free replacement latch or to schedule an appointment to have the latches replaced free of charge if the lockset is already installed.
