The Land of Nod is recalling its Octo-rattles due to a choking hazard. The knit fabric rattles are yellow, shaped like an octopus, and feature multi-colored felt discs sewn into the tentacles. The fabric discs on the tentacles can detach, which poses a choking hazard to young children.

The firm has received five reports of the rattle's fabric discs detaching, but no injuries have been reported. About 550 units were sold at The Land of Nod stores nationwide and online from September 2015 through April 2016. The rattles were sold individually for about $30 or as part of a gift bag set for $150.
