The product consists of a soft plastic OBall attached to a 7 1/2 inch soft plastic chain by C-shaped plastic links.

Rhino Toys has received one report of a broken C-link. No injuries have been reported. About 14,000 units were sold in the United States and 14,000 in Canada. The rattles were sold at Toys R Us and other specialty toy stores nationwide from April 2010 through December 2010 for about $8.

Consumers should immediately take the recalled rattle away from children and contact Rhino Toys to receive a full refund.
