Dream On Me Inc. is recalling approximately 700 Lullaby Cradle Gliders due to a safety hazard. The mattress support board in these cradles can fall out or slide out of the bottom, which creates a risk that babies could fall out and suffer injuries.

The company and the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC) have received reports of two incidents involving infants sleeping in the cradles. In one incident, a one-month-old infant fell to the floor when the support board partially fell out, but the child was uninjured. In a second report, a four-month-old infant did not fall out after the board became partially disengaged.

The recalled cradles were sold online through K-Mart, Sears, Toys R Us, and Walmart from October 2011 through June 2013 for about $130. They are made of solid pine with slats on all four sides and a gliding base. Consumers should immediately stop using the recalled cradles and contact Dream On Me to obtain a free repair kit, which includes assembly instructions.
