The products were sold online from January 2007 through December 2010 for approximately $1,000 to $2,500 via the websites www.spectrumhome3.com, ww.spectrumhome4.com, or www.gallery84.com.
The firm has received five reports of the chandeliers falling from the ceiling, resulting in approximately $1,000 in property damage, but no injuries have been reported. Consumers should prevent people from entering the immediate area under the chandeliers. To resolve the issue, consumers should contact Spectrum Home Furnishings to receive a free replacement part, $150 to cover the costs of replacing the defective part, and a $25 incentive credit. The company is contacting all known purchasers.
