The company has received one report of a lamp power cord detaching inside the lamp housing, but no injuries have been reported.
The recalled lamps are model number 3007952, a silver, rectangular box measuring 9 inches by 5 inches by 5 inches. The model number appears only on the original packaging. The lamps were sold for between $5 and $10 at warehouse sales in Chattanooga and Nashville, Tennessee; Conyers, Georgia; and Bloomington, Illinois, from April 2008 through December 2011. They were also given to schools and civic organizations for fundraising activities during the same period.
