This recall involves COMMOWNER-branded electric pressure washers, model numbers HD14P-Z and HX18. The 3 GPM units are orange, green, or blue with black parts, measure about 11 inches deep by 9 inches wide and 25 inches high, and came with a 500 ml tank, foam cannon, four quick connect nozzles, and a 33-foot hose. The model number HD14P-Z is printed on a label on the back; the washer may also have been listed as model HX18 when purchased.

The recalled pressure washers lack an integral ground-fault circuit-interrupter (GFCI). Because the power cord is short, the design may encourage use of an extension cord, which poses serious risks of injury or death from shock and electrocution. No injuries have been reported. About 1,694 units were sold online at Amazon.com in April 2026 for about $150.

Consumers should stop using the recalled pressure washers immediately and contact AZ Home Concept for a full refund. As part of the remedy, consumers will be asked to destroy the pressure washer by cutting the unplugged power cord in half and sending a photo of the destroyed unit to [email protected].
