They have serial numbers from 7951 through 8267, which are printed on a label applied to the rear panel of the stove. The stoves were sold by company dealers and distributors throughout the U.S. and Canada from March 2009 to February 2010.

Three incidents were reported to the firm, including one report of a bruised foot.
