The vests were sold at Bon-Ton, Bergner's, Boston Store, Elder-Beerman, Herberger's, Younkers, and Carson Pirie Scott stores nationwide and Parisian in the Detroit area from July 2008 through November 2008 for about $30. Consumers should immediately take these vests away from children and return them to the store where purchased for a full refund.
