Bon-Ton Department Stores Inc. is recalling specific "Miss Attitude" girls' and "URIT" boys' bath robes. The recalled items fail to meet the children's sleepwear flammability standard, which creates a risk of burn injuries if the robe catches fire.
The recall involves approximately 1,000 units of these bath robes. The specific styles include solid purple with frog and rainbow appliqué, pink leopard print, blue solid with sport appliqué, and green camouflage print. The brand names and GPU numbers are located in the tags sewn into the center back neck of the garments.
These robes were sold for between $25 and $40 from September 2007 through October 2007. They were available at Bon-Ton, Bergner's, Boston Store, Elder-Beerman, Herberger's, Younkers, and Carson Pirie Scott stores nationwide, as well as Parisian stores in the Detroit area. The robes were manufactured in China.
