TTI Floor Care has received 140 reports of incidents involving the recalled vacuum tool, including 12 reports of injuries. The tools were sold at mass merchandisers, home improvement stores, and other retail stores nationwide from April 2007 through April 2008 for between $60 and $170 for the vacuum cleaner, including accessory tools.
