They measure about 3 ¾ inches in height and 3 inches in diameter. The toys were sold at Hobby Lobby Stores nationwide from January 2008 through March 2008 for about $2.50. The packaging displays the "PLAN TOYS" brand and UPC number 084543521109 or EAN number 8854740052117.

Consumers should immediately take the penguin toys away from children and return them to the store where purchased to receive a refund.
