Target is recalling approximately 7,100 "Play Wonder" brand puzzle tables manufactured by Sunrise, of China. The recall is due to a choking hazard, as the handles on the puzzle pieces can come off, and a laceration or puncture hazard, as the tips of nails on the inside shelf of the table could be exposed.

The recalled tables are light blue with paw prints painted across the top, have green sides, and are about 13 inches high when assembled. They contain three nine-piece wooden puzzles. The "Play Wonder" logo is located in the front lower right corner of the packaging, and item number 204/12/0162 is in the front upper right corner.

Target has received two reports of the pegs coming off the puzzle pieces, with one report noting a child was found mouthing the pegs. No other injuries were reported relating to these hazards. The products were sold at Target stores nationwide and on www.target.com from December 2005 through October 2006 for about $25.

Consumers should take the products from children immediately and return the item to the nearest Target Store for a full refund.
