Plain-English summary
ICON Health & Fitness, Inc. is recalling about 16,700 Epic T60 treadmills. These are 2004 models in silver and gray with black handrails, identified by model number EPTL81804 on a decal on the front frame. The treadmills were sold at Costco Wholesale stores nationwide between September 2004 and February 2005 for between $899 and $999.
