The affected consoles were sold at specialty fitness retailers nationwide from September 2005 through October 2005 for between $1,700 and $3,000. They can be identified by the word "Premier" or "T9700HRT" printed on the console face under the Vision Fitness logo. Specific model numbers include TCFP6, TCPP6, and C9700H6, with serial numbers listed on the underside of the console and the serial number tag. Vision Fitness has received one report of the treadmills unexpectedly increasing speed and elevation, but no injuries have been reported.
