The recalled treadmills were sold nationwide through Dick's Sporting Goods and Johnson Fitness & Wellness stores and online through www.HorizonFitness.com, www.Amazon.com, www.DicksSportingGoods.com, and www.JohnsonFitness.com from March 2018 through October 2022, priced between $600 and $1,000. The model name "Horizon T101-05" is printed on the treadmill's serial number label, located on the metal frame near the power switch. Only treadmills with serial numbers starting with "TM734" (China-made) or "TM486" (Vietnam-made) are included in this recall.
Consumers should immediately stop using the recalled treadmills. Horizon is providing a free USB with a software repair that users can install themselves.
